Do you report variants of uncertain significance?

Variants of uncertain significance may be reported if they are thought to be associated with the reported clinical features

Variants of uncertain significance may be reported if they are thought to be associated with the reported clinical features. For example, two VUSs identified in trans in a gene that closely matches the phenotype. However, since variant analysis is phenotype-driven, the incidence of VUSs reported is minimized.
