Are patients or providers able to access raw data? What type of file is used for this?

Yes. Providers can request raw data by emailing support@myome.com.  A form will then be sent so that the ordering provider can indicate the patient for which they would like to request data and the type of data they are requesting. We offer access to bam, fastq, and vcf files via a secure link. The ordering MD will receive access to the data within 30 days from the time of the request.
